Some Quick Answers

During sitewide sales, all discount codes (besides those in the form of a gift code, such as those received by writing a product review) will be rendered inactive during the entire duration of the sale due to the already heavily discounted prices.

Please note discount codes may be made inactive up to 8 hours prior to and in preparation of a sale, while there also may be a slight delay in reactivating discount codes following the end of a sale as our team updates the site.

Also, some discount codes can only be used once with our system being set up to track the number of times a code has been applied to an order and in association with a user's account.

If your discount code isn't working and you feel the error may be unrelated to the previously noted causes, feel free to reach out! Make sure your message is as detailed as possible so that we can help resolve the problem for you ASAP!

Due to some upcoming we changes, on the 15th of June 2023, we will be turning off ALL ambassador codes as we alter our current affiliate program to better benefit our lovely ambassadors and KritterKlips as a whole!

We are not able to accept custom orders at this time, nor are we able to mismatch any ears either since all of our ears are made in even batches. But we hope you’ll find a pair that you love in our current collections!

Product Add-Ons are products that can be added onto your order for a discounted price, generated by some of our favs!

Only one Add-On discount can be applied at a time. If you have selected multiple Add-Ons, the highest value discount will remain so that you get the best deal :)

You can edit or cancel your order for up to 24 hours — as long as it has not already been shipped — through your account, at the bottom of your order confirmation email, or by sending an email directly to our support team.

If it has been over 24 hours since you placed your order and you have not received a shipping confirmation, you can send us an email to support@kritterklips.com to see if your order is eligible for cancellation. We sometimes ship out the same or next business day, so please keep this in mind!

Orders can ship the same or next business day. However, some orders can take up 3-7 business days to process, regardless of the shipping method selected at check out. Our products are all handmade with some being made to order and will sometimes require a special lead time.

Standard orders shipping within the United States often takes 2 to 5 business days depending on where you are located — please note that we are located in Southern California.

We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) for virtually all shipments.

Returns and exchanges are acknowledged if requests are submitted within 30 days from delivery.
